2014 competition name: Biblio Ottawa 4th Annual Video Contest

eligibility: You can submit more than one video as long as the book is different each time.
open to Ottawa teens 13-18 years old.
All videos must be original work directed, filmed and edited by teens.
Videos must be 1 minute or less.
The video must not contain inappropriate content and must adhere to all applicable copyright laws for music and images. You may use the image of the book you wish to feature in your video.
Contest entrants must ensure that a signed contest release form is included for everyone appearing in the video. If the person is under 19 years, a parent or guardian must to sign the form. If contest release forms are not submitted the entry will be ineligible.
To join: Create a short video about a favourite book no longer than 1 minute.
Post it to your YouTube account and tag the video OPLtvc2014. Include your first name and ‘Ottawa Public Library Teen Video Contest’ in the YouTube video description.
After you have posted your video on YouTube, fill out a contest entry form on http://biblioottawalibrary.ca/sites/default/files/20130208%20English%20EntryForm%20TeenTechWeek.pdf and submit it to any Ottawa Public Library branch. Forms are also available at all branches.
Upload your video file to SkyDrive and share it viaTeenServices@BiblioOttawaLibrary.ca. Include your full name and title of video as seen on YouTube in the email.
If you are younger than 19 years old please have a parent or guardian sign the contest release form for each entry and attach it to your entry.
Each person appearing in the video must fill out and sign a contest release form. Anyone under 19 years who is featured in your video must have a parent or guardian sign their contest release form. Include all forms with your entry.
