prizes: a trip to the ministerial meeting in Brasilia on December 1 and 2
eligibility: Newspaper journalists, magazine journalists, online journalists, radio reporters, and journalists of national and international news agencies (TV or radio included), or journalists of other public dissemination media can participate. Journalists must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean;
Free Lance journalists who collaborate with national, regional and provincial newspapers or audiovisual products can participate.

submit a minimum of 4 audiovisual pieces (TV or radio) of a minimum of 2 minutes each, or at least 4 published articles, each with a minimum length of 800 words. Submissions for the audiovisual and written publications can be in Spanish, English, French or Portuguese and on the referred to themes.
Audiovisual products and/or written articles which will be submitted, must have been published in the medium which is accrediting the participant as a journalist, or in any other recognized printed or digital media, before November 14, 2014.
