requirements:     open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry

    If a Photo Submission, the Photo must be in .jpg format and not exceed 5 MB in size;
    If an Essay Submission, the Essay must be in English and no more than 150 of words in length;
    If a Video Submission, the Video must be submitted in the form of a URL link to a video hosted on YouTube and must not exceed one (1) minute in length; and
    The Submission (or a component thereof) cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind.
