prizes: First Prize (1): Winner will receive one (1) 2018 Yamaha YZ450F motorcycle with factory replica bolt on accessories (graphic kit, handlebars, slip-on exhaust, clutch cover, ignition cover). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $10,699.00. Exact color and model of accessories included on motorcycle to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Winner must take delivery of motorcycle at a dealership near his/her residence specified by Sponsor.

Second Prize (1): Winner will receive five (5) KMC Side x Side wheels, exact style within Sponsor’s discretion. ARV of $125.00 each wheel for a total ARV of $625.00; Five EFX Motohammer Tires, exact style within Sponsor’s discretion. ARV of $199.00 each tire for a total ARV of $995.00; One (1) lug install kit. ARV of $25.00. Total ARV for Second Prize package is $1,645.00.

Third Prize (1): Winner will receive a credit of one thousand seven hundred dollars ($1,700.00) to be used on www.shopyamaha.com. Total ARV of Third Prize is $1,700.00. First, Second and Third Prize will hereafter be referred to as the “Prize(s)”.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period. Total ARV of all Prizes is $14,044.00.

To enter:   there are 3 ways to enter:
1. Mail-in: On a 3” x 5” piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), date-of-birth, and the name of the Entry Period Location you’d like to enter (from the 2018 Supercross Schedule of Events list below) and mail the entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: YAMAHA “2018 Team Replica Yamaha YZ450F” Sweepstakes, 1270 Chastain Rd., Kennesaw, GA 30144. Mail-in entries must be received by Yamaha no later than May 11, 2018 at 11:59 pm ET. Any mail-in entries received by Yamaha after May 11, 2018 at 11:59 pm ET shall be deemed void.

2. Online: Visit Sponsor’s website located at YZSWEEPS.COM and complete and submit an entry form as provided to receive one (1) entry. Limited to one (1) entry per e-mail address via this entry method. Entries received from any person in excess of the above stated limitation will be deemed void. Multiple entries received from any email address after the first one will be void.

3. In Person: Visit the Yamaha Motorsports Factory Race Pit Party at any one (1) of the sixteen (16) 2018 AMA Supercross schedule of Events, see Events in chart below, and submit a digital entry form via tablet available with one of the two (2) brand ambassadors on-site to receive one (1) entry. All in person entries must be received by the end of each Entry Period, listed in the chart below. Limit of one (1) entry per person during each Entry Period. Multiple entries received from any person after the first entry received from that person for any Entry Period will be void.
